COMMUNITY PLANNING
The community development group focuses on economic development initiatives, historic preservation, site development review, and community outreach for proposed master plans, transportation projects, or changes to public space.
The code enforcement group focuses on the licensing of rental of rental housing and general property maintenance in accordance with the City and County building codes. 301.891.7119
