Tenant filed an Illegal Rent complaint on 1/20/10 against the property owner and the property owner's management company.
Following the 3/16/10 hearing, COLTA issued its Opinion and Order on 4/19/10 ruling that the tenant had paid illegal rent amounts for the periods March 2006 through June 2009 and was awarded rent refunds.
