Deputy City Manager Wayne Hobbs noted that the City Manager had prepared a distributed a financial report for the Community Center project; the report was included as part of the Council agenda packet. He further noted that a supplement to the financial report had been distributed prior to the start of the meeting.
The Deputy City Manager advised the City Council that the City had received a favorable fire inspection for Phase Two of the Community Center project. A few items had been noted by the building inspector, which were in the process of being resolved. The building inspector would return for a re-inspection in the near future.
