City Manager Matthews updated the City Council on the status of the pending mediation between the City and James F. Knott Construction Company. A telephone conference had been held on April 14th; the mediator and the counsel for both parties participated. The mediation session was scheduled to take place on May 22nd. Position papers were to be submitted to the mediator on or before May 18th.
