City Manager Matthews advised the City Council that the Phase Two construction was progressing well and on target for completion by the end of May. Recently initiated work included installation of the security systems and roof replacement.
The City Manager noted that there were still a number of outstanding issues related to Phase One of the Community Center project. A number of issues will be the subject of mediation. A date for the mediation session has not been set.
