Noise Control Board A City Noise Control Board is established to assist and advise the City on noise control issues, including administration and enforcement of the noise control ordinance, and to adjudicate noise disturbance complaints. Noise Control Board members serve three year terms. City residency is required. Membership is limited to five to seven members. Members (with term expiration dates):
