TAKOMA PARK CODE AND CHARTER

A Codification of the General Ordinances
of the City of Takoma Park, Maryland

The current codification of the Takoma Park Code was adopted by the City Council on December 13, 2004 by Ordinance 2004-37. This codification supersedes and repeals the previous Code. The online Code includes amendments through Ordinance 2008-60. Please contact the City Clerk's Office (301-891-7267) for additional information.
