The owner, proprietor or person in charge of any store or shop where bicycles, tricycles or similar vehicles are left for repair, shall keep a written record of the number and make of each vehicle so left, together with the name and address of the person leaving any vehicle at the store or shop. A violation of this section is a Class C offense. (Prior code § 4-1)
