Station on City-owned lot in Takoma Junction.

8:30 (2) Resolution re: NFZ Waiver (Police Radio Equipment). Resolution authorizing NFZ
Waiver for purchase of Police radio equipment from Motorola in conjunction with
implementation of County's new radio system. Opportunity for citizen comments; Council to
vote on resolution.

(3) Resolution re: Loan Authorization (Police Radio Equipment Purchase). Resolution
authorizing loan for purchase of Police radio equipment. Opportunity for citizen comments;
Council to vote on resolution.

9:35 (4) Resolution re: Street Repairs. Resolution authorizing City Manager to sign an
