City Offices are CLOSED today, Tuesday, February 18, 2003, due to the Federal Government
closings, as the Metro area "digs out" from the weekend snow events. Consequently, the City
Council will not hold its meeting tonight, as originally scheduled, but will meet tomorrow night.
