REGULAR MEETING
8:05 (2) Resolution re: Recognition - 2003 Election Judges. Resolution expressing appreciation to the Election Judges for the 2003 City Election. Opportunity for public comments; Council to vote on resolution.
PRESENTATION
8:15 (3) Stormwater Drainage. Continued discussion of stormwater drainage on private property, including presentation by Montgomery County officials.
REGULAR MEETING
8:55 (4) Single Reading Ordinance re: Ballfield Maintenance Contract. Ordinance authorizing a piggyback on the M-NCPPC Ballfield Maintenance Contract (Ed Wilhelm & Lee Jordan Fields). Opportunity for public comments; Council to vote on single reading ordinance.
9:00 (5) 2nd Reading Ordinance re: Ethics Ordinance. Ordinance revising the Ethics Ordinance (current Article in Chapter 2. Administration), as part of the on-going re-codification project. Opportunity for public comments; Council to vote on ordinance at second reading.
9:15 (6) 2nd Reading Ordinance re: Smoking Prohibitions and Restrictions. Ordinance repealing Takoma Park Code (Chapter 10B. Smoking Prohibitions and Restrictions) and opting into the Montgomery County Bill to prohibit smoking in eating and drinking establishments. Opportunity for public comments; Council to vote on ordinance at second reading.
