7:55 (2) 1st Reading Ordinance re: Area B Permit Parking. Ordinance designating the new locations for Area B Permit Parking. Opportunity for public comments; Council to vote on ordinance at first reading.

8:10 (3) 1st Reading Ordinance re: 7133 Carroll Avenue Renovation. Ordinance awarding an architectural contract for the renovation of 7133 Carroll Avenue. Opportunity for public comments; Council to vote on ordinance at first reading.
