• The Council will convene at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Center Auditorium to vote to convene in Closed Session to receive an annual litigation update from the City Attorney, pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, State Government Article, Section 10-508(a)(7) and (8).
• After the Closed Session is adjourned, the Council will hold an Administrative Function Session to begin the City Attorney evaluation process. Administrative Function Sessions are closed and not subject to the Open Meetings Act. Following the Administrative Function Session, the Council will reconvene in Open Session in the Auditorium.
