Auditorium Renovation Background Information

Recent background information follows: The period for submitting questions to info@iStudioarchitects.com was extended to Tuesday, June 30 at 10 am. Responses are posted below as Bid Addendum #3.
Proposals are due by 10 am on Friday, July 10, 2009. Construction activity is to begin July 27, 2009 (although the auditorium must be able to be used the evening of July 27 for the last scheduled Council meeting) and is to be completed within 180 days of award of contract. Please note that Suzanne Ludlow will be at a conference June 27 through July 1, but will be checking e-mails. ________________________________________________________________________________________ BACKGROUND Proposed Renovation of the Takoma Park City Council Chambers/Auditorium Renovation October 16, 2008: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH PROPOSED RENOVATION OF BACKGROUND: On March 30, 2007, the City of Takoma Park issued a “Request for Proposals for Architectural Services in Connection with the Proposed Renovation of the Council Chambers/Auditorium.” Three responsive proposals were received and MTFA Architecture was selected to conduct the Feasibility Study.
